I am delighted to provide you with an update regarding the new grade school project following the successful bond passing in November. Since then, the architect has been diligently collaborating with the staff and board of education to finalize the plans.
The project will be executed in two phases for optimal efficiency. Phase one will focus on the construction of the new grade school, while phase two will involve the renovation of the current facility. Our aim is to have phase one plans ready for bidding by the end of May, with phase two to follow shortly thereafter.
If all progresses as planned, we anticipate breaking ground on phase one in July. We are thrilled at the prospect of creating a learning environment that will cater to the needs of our students for years to come.
